There are not enough kind words to say about this office... have known them for 15+ years and they have been ever so accommodating and willing to work with me to try the best ways to care for issues without major procedures. Both Dr Max and Dr Tsao are amazing! The techs are super knowledgeable and superb at what they do, as are the rest of the staff. I have never had a bad experience in the 15+ years I have used this office... if not for them I don't know that I would go to the dentist... it's a daunting place to go normally - this office makes it easy to go in and know you won't be forced into unnecessary treatment or put under unnecessary stress... and never any judgment! I absolutely love and recommend this dentistry. My dental hygienist Cindy is more than the best in her field. She is very professional, she explained in detail how I can improve my home dental care. Also, explained why I had certain things and what I needed to correct them. She is very gentle at her job furthermore never judgmental but informative about every procedure. Dr. Max is so professional, personable, friendly and through. He clearly tells you what procedure he is going to preform and continues to keep you informed along the way. I will never let anyone shoot Novocain in my mouth except for him!! He is always concerned with your comfort. His staff is a wonderful reflection of him. Professional and so friendly, they feel like family. I've taking my family here for years. I have a son with severe anxiety and he had had a very bad experience with another dentist causing him to be extremely anxious about going to Dr.Max. They were SO patient, loving, reassuring and gentle with him, that he is not afraid at all, and (almost!) looks forward to going! Their dental hygienist has been there for years, as has most all of their staff, is so great! Kim is friendly, always remembers you, makes you comfortable, and is very gentle. A wonderful quality for a hygienist to have.
